” We used Terri for our home sale and received an above asking offer within a week of the listing going live. She walked us through the process since it had been over 25 years since we sold our prior house. She provided us with a comprehensive marketing plan, including comparative sales/listings, suggestions for open houses, broker open, etc. She also walked us through our house for things we should update that might cause a buyer to be hesitant, but more important for us, was things we didn’t need to update. She was always available via texting answering even our dumbest questions.
